OUR STORY
Located in Manchester UK, the cradle of the industrial revolution and the textile industry, Tamicare brings to the world the first additive manufacturing of fabrics – Cosyflex® – the next revolution in textiles
Like many other great inventions, Cosyflex was originally developed to satisfy the requirements of a specific product, it was only later when we understood its full capabilities and potential to transform textile and leather products manufacturing.
After investing a decade in research and development, we now aim to transform manufacturing across industries, unlock current industry drawbacks, improve industry performance and economics’ and above all impact sustainability.
Tamar Giloh
CEO & Chairmen
As the company’s founder, Tamar led the -transformation of the company from a ‘product company’ to a ‘technology company’ she is the inventor and co-inventor of a significant part of the company IP and responsible for guiding the company’s application developments. Specialist in innovative thinking, her professional life has involved working with entrepreneurs, banks and the IDF with a focus on innovation and problems solving.
Tamar holds a BA from the Hebrew University and formal education in Marketing management.
Ran Laor
CFO
Mr. Laor has a vast experience in private and large public corporations. He has over 15 years of experience generating corporate growth, bringing in strategic partners and private-equity funds, and publicizing companies.
Ran loves numbers and people. With a strong background in change management and streamlining processes, he is always willing to look for new growth opportunities.
Erez Meltzer

Currently Chairman of Hadassah Medical Center, previously CEO of technology, industrial and commercial companies, Netafim, Creo Scitex, Africa Israel and Gadot.
Joseph Tamir
Director
Has more than 20 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution. He specializes in conducting complex legal proceedings in the fields of commercial law involving foreign clients and foreign law, Joseph brings vast experience in advising commercial transactions.
Reuven Malamed
Head of IP dept.
The one that is responsible for managing the company's ever-growing impressive patent portfolio. He joined the company 15 years ago and successfully registered over 20 patents in the USA, Europe, China, Brazil, India, and Russia.
Reuven has multi-disciplinary thinking and is a former marketing business owner. Aside from IP management, his research passion makes him a marketing and business development specialist, and he is always ready to help shape the company’s new business paths.
Ehud Giloh
CTO & Director
Co-founder and the mastermind behind the company's technology. Autodidact and former architect, the inventor and co-inventor of a substantial part of the company IP, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical and software engineering,
Ehud leads the company’s groundbreaking technology and engineering operations.
Joseph Adir
Director
With vast experience and track record of 40 years in the high-tech industry, including co-development with IBM and serving at Orbcomm as European MD as well as co-founding PV Greenhouses and Utility Grade, for the Energy industry. Joseph is the founder & CEO of WinterHaven Holdings SL, introducing unique technological solutions, advanced IT platforms and innovative business models to the Superyacht Industry.
Eliaz Poleg
Advisory Board Member
Has nearly 30 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, supply chain management and retail, dealing with 40 countries. He served as MD of Sara Lee Corp. CEO of Dim Branded Apparel and DIM, S.A., President of Lovable in Italy.
Eliaz served many years in several managements and strategic roles at Delta Galil, Board Member of retail chain H&O (Israel), MAS Holdings Ltd (Sri Lanka)
Eliaz holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Bar Ilan University, Israel and received his Advanced Executive Education at INSEAD, France.
Dr Nuriel Amir
Advisor
Brings intensive experience in future technologies developments and printing systems.
Previously he served as CTO of Kornit Digital, Tech Director at OMD, KLA-Tencor, and Yield department manager in Intel.
Dr Amir brings vast experience in apps developments, process integration, device engineering, quality and reliability analysis and product engineering.
Nuriel holds a doctorate and masters in microelectronics from the Technion in Israel and Bachelor of physics,
math and computer science from the Hebrew university
